Derby College Group (DCG) have an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Support Assistant to join the Engineering department based at the Rolls Royce Learning & Development Centre. This is a supporting role which requires the successful candidate to assist the engineering staff during the practical based tasks and support with workshop demonstrations. It offers an insight into teaching and could provide an excellent opportunity to develop in the teaching profession.
About you
You will be flexible, self-motivated and dedicated to student achievement. A good understanding of practical tasks is required along with a desire to enhance student’s practical skills and support curriculum staff with their teaching. You will be organised and have excellent interpersonal skills together with a commitment to working effectively as part of a team.
