We offer over 100 education and training courses to more than 4,000 students, including postgraduate master’s and doctoral-level programs, which are currently validated by university partners. Our unique clinician-tutor model and multidisciplinary approach allow us to train a wide range of professionals, including clinicians, social workers, nurses, and teachers.

We have 4.0 FTE (permanent) Course Administrator vacancies, to work within our Directorate of Education and Training, to support the smooth running of a portfolio of courses within the Course Administration unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to course tutors, portfolio managers, and students across a variety of courses. This includes arranging and communicating timetables, booking spaces for course delivery, and assisting with the overall operational tasks that ensure smooth course delivery. You will also take part in a rota system to cover the Academic Hub.
  • Manage the assessment process, including scheduling, organising Course Committee and Staff/Student meetings, and taking formal minutes. You will play an active role in course inductions, including processing DBS checks for clinical programs.
  • Maintain and update course documentation and ensure accurate student records within the SITS system. You will also provide cover and training for team members, ensuring adherence to departmental policies and practices.
  • Act as a key point of contact for students, your role will involve working closely with the student admissions team and other departmental teams, particularly during busy periods like enrolment week and assessment boards. There is scope within the role to offer support across the Directorate, particularly during peak academic periods.
  • Collaborate with various teams to represent courses at internal and external events, ensuring effective communication and engagement with prospective and current students.

You will join a dedicated and dynamic team based in Belsize Park (Hampstead) in north-west London. Our hybrid working model allows for flexibility, with 2-3 days per week in the office. We are committed to supporting students from diverse backgrounds and work together to manage all aspects of the student journey, from enrolment to graduation. Our team operates on a portfolio basis, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative, supportive environment.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in Higher Education, particularly in course administration, student support, or academic registry functions. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team.
