What you would be doing:
You will be based in the Faculty Education Office, supporting students, academics, and clinicians to deliver an outstanding medical education. As Programme Administrator, you will provide excellent customer support to our students, play a key role in monitoring student attendance, leave requests, allocations to placements and managing student records, as well as providing administrative support to the overall team. You will help ensure that students and academics are well supported, providing high quality, timely information and responding to queries in a professional but approachable manner.
This is an exciting, varied role which provides an opportunity to work with colleagues from across the College.
What we are looking for:
You should be educated to degree standard or equivalent; experience in a similar role within Higher Education would be desirable. It is also essential that you have experience of providing a responsive, customer-focused service to staff and students via a central email inbox.
To excel in this role, you will have strong organisational skills, the ability to set and work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a larger team.

The College is currently trialling a Work Location Framework until early 2023. Hybrid working may be considered for this role and the role holder may be expected to work 60% or more of their time onsite, with 40% the minimum time spent onsite. The opportunity for hybrid working will be discussed at interview.
