Loughborough University’s outstanding academic student experience is underpinned by high-quality student-facing services together with excellent processes, systems and data, delivered through a collaborative partnership between Academic Registry and Schools. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Academic Registry, providing leadership on the delivery of major student lifecycle events and leadership of student records and related student administration processes.
The role includes lead responsibility for key student lifecycle events, including registration and graduation, provides University-level leadership on student record management, and plays a key role in handing complex student cases. We are seeking a proactive, well-organised individual, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders across the institution. Applicants should have substantial higher education administration experience, ideally working in a student-related context.
