We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA Secretary & Group Administrator within the Department of Clinical Neurosciences, in the division of Neurosurgery which currently encompasses staff, students and visiting researchers to provide secretarial and administrative support primarily to Professor Peter Hutchinson, and also to Professor Adel Helmy, Professor Stephen Price and the Research Group.
The Group is one of the leading research groups within the UK and has a strong international reputation. The research group brings together a multidisciplinary team including doctors, brain imagers, and statisticians, and clinical trial coordinators. We are looking for an individual who will not only provide secretarial support for Professor Hutchinson but will also play a crucial role in helping him administer and support this research group.
The research group works closely with the NHS service, but this job is only to provide secretarial and administrative support for the University side.
The role-holder is the first point of contact for the Research group.
The role is based in A Block, Neurosciences within Addenbrooke's Hospital on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
