We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to work within the Student Recruitment Marketing Events team. The team is responsible for delivering student recruitment events, including University-wide open days and managing a team of student ambassadors.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Events Executive and working as part of the wider student recruitment marketing team, this role will play a key part in providing clerical, communication and event coordination, supporting the team delivering student recruitment campaign and events activity, including University-wide open days and managing a team of student ambassadors.
You will be enthusiastic with strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, and as part of a team to support a range of projects. You will be competent in the use of IT systems, along with a high level of accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail. The nature of the role means that there will be a requirement for occasional weekend and evening working.
This is a matrix team and will require you to work collaboratively and interchangeably with other marketing colleagues, adapting and sharing resources depending on changing strategic focus and areas of opportunity.
This role supports key targets and metrics around, size and shape of learners, campaign performance, brand and reputation measures and income generation.
