About the Role
A part-time project administrator is required for a three-year AHRC/UKRI-funded research project focused on building connections between the academic, creative industry, and cultural heritage sectors in India and the UK. Key duties will include administering and coordinating project events, interactions and outcomes. The role will require flexibility in both time and responsibilities.
About You
An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Film or a related area is desirable. Knowledge of the film history, heritage, culture, production and film festival sectors in India is essential. You will manage, coordinate, and administer project-related logistics, liaise with project participants, organise online, site-based, and hybrid events and symposia, write reports and maintain accounts. Social media, video conferencing, and website management skills alongside competency in Hindi and/or other regional Indian languages are essential.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is a part-time (7 hours per week), fixed-term appointment for 3 years (until 30 September 2027), with an expected start date of 1 October 2024. The starting salary will be Grade 3, in the range of £31,421 per annum (pro-rata), inclusive of London Allowance.
