The Role and the Department

The role of College Administration Coordinator is essential to the success of the college. The successful candidate will act as assistant to the College Officers and will be responsible for day-to-day operation of the college administration office. You will liaise with key stakeholders, including our students, operations and catering staff, and work alongside other administrative staff in the college office. Together with the rest of the team, you will help create a stimulating, supportive, challenging, welcoming and inclusive community, whose purpose is the personal development of all its members.
The role is based in Van Mildert College, with the usual hours being between 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, there may be some requirement for out of hours working to support College events.
