An exciting opportunity has arisen for an insightful, and motivated person to work alongside the award-winning Planning Team and the Strategic Teaching and Learning Team at the University of Huddersfield as part of a project team focussed on the delivery of our Access and Participation plan. You will be working with highly motivated teams known for fostering innovation and continuous improvement in both pedagogy and analysis and will play a key role in ensuring the university provides equality of opportunity for our students.
As part of our project team, you will play a key role in ensuring the University makes informed, strategic decisions in delivering our Access and Participation Plan by producing robust evaluations of our interventions. You will work both independently and collaboratively with Analysts, Developers, Academics and a wide range of other University stakeholders.
Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience, you will have, and be supported to develop further, a range of skills, including excellent analytical and communication skills in order to process and disseminate complex data sets and insights. You should also have the desire to innovate and continuously improve the services we offer.
We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
The University is deeply committed to equality and diversity for all its students and staff. We seek to be diverse and inclusive, supporting individuals and groups to fulfil their potential and nurture a sense of belonging. We strive to be an accessible, inclusive employer, removing barriers for all. Find out more about our approach to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, including our commitments and accreditations as a Disability Confident Employer, Stonewall Gold Award holder and Top 100 Employer, Athena SWAN Bronze Award holder and Race Equality Charter Bronze Award holder on our website.
