About the Role
This role will involve undertaking the evaluation of a digital social intervention in primary care in England. A summary of the programme grant is found here. The individual will be leading on qualitative data collection and analysis for the relevant workstreams of the ADHOC programme, the main duties will include contributing towards the ADHOC Trial at all stages by applying agreed research principles, protocols, NHS ethics amendments and assisting in the planning and delivery of the programme of research, report writing, data collection and collation, and maintenance of appropriate databases. Based in the Centre for Primary Care at Whitechapel, you will join a creative, collaborative, multi-disciplinary research team, led by Dr Anna De Simoni and Prof Chris Griffiths from the Centre for Primary Care, with collaborators from QMUL School of Business and Management, QMUL Centre for Psychiatry & Mental Health, and the Universities of Edinburgh, Cambridge, Nottingham, Surrey and City University of London.
About You
The successful candidate will hold a PhD (or close to completion*), in a relevant subject area (i.e., Health Services Research) and have qualitative analysis expertise and knowledge of current UK ethical approval processes. You will have experience of all aspects of the research environment up to writing for publication, and be able to demonstrate independent working and initiative.
