About the role
The position holder is responsible for the operational outputs and delivery of all standard and non-standard courses in the Business School. They are required to lead and inspire a large team of Senior Coordinators and Coordinators as well as collaborate with key stakeholders on our largest portfolio of programmes. They play a key part in instigating and managing process improvement, supporting elements of academic planning, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the team and delivering on individual projects. They provide a key function that contribute to achieving our strategic and operational goals of the School Strategy and yearly cycle of business.
The role will interact with a broad range of stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff and externals plus be held to a high standard of operational execution and customer service. They will encourage ethical behaviour among those associated with the Business School.
About you
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Education Manager to lead our Education Support team within the School services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational outputs and delivery of education support for a range of courses. To lead and inspire a team of Senior Coordinators and Coordinators in delivering high-quality education support services. This role requires effective leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and a commitment to curriculum expansion and development.
