The Office of Translation and Impact is a new office being established at the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute, University of Cambridge. The Institute is core-funded by Cancer Research UK and has state-of-the-art research facilities for 18 research groups to undertake world-class research into all aspects of cancer biology.
A key strategic objective of the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute is to build a community of translational and entrepreneurial minded academics, to maximise translation of discoveries into patient benefits. The Translation & Impact Coordinator will co-ordinate and oversee the administration operation of the department to ensure smooth running of departmental projects and activities.

The role would suit an experienced administrator, with proven customer service skills, and a good working knowledge of software packages. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with staff at all levels. They will feel passionately about our mission to impact the lives of cancer patients, with a shared CRUK mission of increasing survivability to 3 in 4 by 2034.
