THE ROLE
The CRM Enquiries Officer’s primary role is to support the planning, organisation and delivery of recruitment campaigns that attract applicants to study with the University. The role will focus strongly on enquiry generation and management, and improving the pre-enrolment student journey. The post holder will be expected to deliver excellence in customer service to all enquirers to the University.
The CRM Enquiries Officer will be expected to build close professional relationships with managers and colleagues to ensure a proactive and creative approach to all the University’s recruitment activities. The post holder must be proactive in ensuring their knowledge of the course portfolio and support services of the University is comprehensive.
The role will organise and deliver the University’s Open Days and related events and supervise a team of Student Ambassadors.
The CRM Enquiries Officer’s primary location will be in either Carmarthen or Swansea. However, the post holder will also be required to ensure an on-campus presence across all UWTSD campuses as required.
