Applications are invited for the newly established Matheson Assistant Professorship in Corporate Governance and Law at UCD Sutherland School of Law.
UCD Sutherland School of Law is a European Law School in Ireland with an international outlook. Established in 1911, it is a globally recognised law school constantly ranked in the top 100/150 Law Schools in the world in the QS Rankings by Subject. The School currently offers 11 undergraduate and 11 postgraduate programmes, along with diplomas in specialised areas of law and criminology. The School’s academic body currently comprises 40 permanent faculty members, over 60 adjunct, occasional and visiting faculty, and 7 research fellows and postdoctoral researchers. The interdisciplinary character of the School is reflected in the five UCD research centres it hosts: the Institute of Criminology and Criminal Justice; the Centre for Human Rights; the Centre for the Common Law in Europe; the Centre for Constitutional Studies; and the Dublin European Institute. The School is also home to six major European Research Council (ERC) projects.
Lecturer/Assistant Professor (Above the Bar) Salary Scale: €64,112 - €101,524 per annum
Appointment on the above range will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
