About the role::
We are looking to appoint a Research Associate in Cardiac Image Analysis to develop three-dimensional models of the heart from MRI datasets. The interaction between genes and environment is critical for how the heart develops and adapts. This multidisciplinary collaboration will integrate imaging and genetic data to better understand transitions from health to disease.
What you would be doing:
You will lead on developing innovative approaches for creating 3D+time digital models of the heart from medical imaging and use point cloud data for classification, association and prediction tasks in cardiovascular health. You will work closely with a diverse group of clinicians, geneticists and computer scientists.
