- THE ROLE -

Working as part of the International Department, the Regional Manager will have responsibility for both setting and achieving regional goals. They work primarily in support of recruitment objectives, but exercise additional oversight and coordination of partnership, engagement and profile-raising activity within a given region. As a key member of the management team, the post holder will have significant input into the University’s overall engagement within a given region. They will rely on a detailed understanding of the locale, of opportunities within it and have a very clear sense of how the University can invest in the region to greatest effect. The post will involve line management responsibility for a small number of staff, as well as cross-functional leadership within a given region.

- ABOUT YOU -

- A degree level qualification or equivalent.
- Substantive experience in the recruitment of international students.
- Experience of budgetary management.
- A proven track record in delivering successful international recruitment strategies within a given region.
- Evidence of strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyse data, identify issues and related responses.
- Willingness to travel for up to 16 weeks per year (approximately).
- Willingness to work outside of normal working hours as required by the needs of the post.
