This is an exciting opportunity to work with our key student systems: the student records system (SITS and e:Vision) and the School’s enterprise CRM platform Salesforce, in a technical support role; while also supporting the delivery of key projects. Tasks will be evenly weighted across the two areas.

The ARD systems team deliver Schoolwide solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform which are used by all staff and students, and other stakeholders engaging with the institution across multiple services. The team also develop and support the LSE’s Student Record Systems (SITS) which underpins the key processes in the student lifecycle, from prospective applicant through to graduation and beyond.

The post holder will be focussed on:

  • Answering technical queries about SITS,e:Vision and Salesforce as a first-line support officer, escalating where necessary, and performing routine maintenance tasks on both platforms
  • Training new SITS and Salesforce users on how to use and understand these systems
  • Assisting with the technical delivery of ‘core service’ projects and enhancement requests

The post holder will have:

  • Experience using SITS and/or Salesforce and a good understanding of the basic principles that govern the system(s)
  • An understanding of databases and how complex data sets are stored and used
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • A constructive approach to solving problems
