Job Purpose
The Fellowships and Governance Officer will work closely for and with the College Secretary in a varied role supporting the College’s effective decision-making processes and in the delivery of the College’s strategic vision. The postholder will have responsibility for the College’s Fellowships Committee and associated activities.
We are looking for a self-motivated, systems-savvy and experienced administrator. You will be efficient, a tactful communicator with excellent attention to detail. A positive and proactive attitude, together with a willingness to do what is needed matters more than having previous governance experience. Experience of working within the University of Cambridge and its collegiate system would be a distinct advantage.
The position requires initiative, and the ability to work proactively within the overall direction set by the College Secretary. The role involves working closely with the Fellowships Administrator, members of the senior leadership team and the College’s Senior Members.
