About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Systems & Reporting team during the implementation of our new Software as a Service (SaaS) HR System.
The HR Systems & Reporting Officer will be a key contact for answering system and reporting queries from staff within the department and across the University. Responsibilities will also include maintenance, testing and updating of current and new systems and reports.
Where needed the role will also support in the HR System Implementation Project, which aims to modernise and streamline HR and payroll operations by replacing the current outdated system with a new SaaS solution. The project will automate manual processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and enable accurate, data-driven decision-making, improving efficiency and effectiveness across the HR Division.
About you
As the HR Systems & Reporting Officer we are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly motivated individual who can organise and prioritise their own workload. Confident with IT systems and applications you will have excellent communication skills to support colleagues with queries, provide information and data.
