About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Division for the Student Experience at the University of Sussex. As the Assistant Curriculum Reimagined Consultant, you will support the implementation of our Curriculum Reimagined project that is leading on the institution wide review of our education offer and the structures that enable it.
Curriculum Reimagined is being driven by the University’s strategic plan and the new Sussex Academic Framework embedding student choice, inclusivity, sustainability and digital technology to improve the student experience, reduce awarding gaps and improve graduate outcomes.
Working with the Senior Curriculum Reimagined Consultant you will collaborate with stakeholders and other colleagues across the division and the wider University to support implementation. You will give advice on the production and management of implementation related paperwork for all courses at the university.
About you
Ideally, you will be a graduate with experience in higher education administration. You will have the skills to manage your own workload and support others to meet institutional deadlines. You will be patient and calm under pressure, with skills in diplomatic communication with all stakeholders. You will be able to build positive working relationships at speed and work flexibly within a small team and on your own initiative. You will have a broad understanding of how the university functions and the potential impact of the changes to be operationalised. You will have the ability to design and manage databases and a good ability across Microsoft Office and its functions.
