About the role
In the newly created job of Senior Employer Engagement Officer, you'll be part of a team of Employer Engagement professionals and Careers Consultants responsible for leading the planning and development of a suite of employer/alumni activities for PGT and MBA students. This includes students studying the UCL MBA Global Management and the new MSc People Analytics and Human-Centric Management, which is launching in September 2025.
This job includes leading the planning, development and delivery of activity both within and outside the curriculum, with sessions unique to the individual degree programmes and as part of a wider PGT Careers and Professional Development Programme. You'll also be responsible for overseeing employer relationships in the area of Human Resources and People Development as part of the overall Employer Engagement team.

About you
Given the focus of the role, we’re ideally looking for someone with experience working in HR / People Development or with a good working knowledge of HR / People Development gained from a similar role in another university or business school. We’re also looking for someone with experience of liaison, engagement and networking with a range of stakeholders, including high-level executives.
This is an exciting role working with an international student body and a range of stakeholders across UCL School of Management, UCL’s alumni community and with UK and international graduate employers. You should enjoy trialling new initiatives, working in an environment of change and growth, and have a passion for supporting the career development of others.
