You will be based at our Pittville Campus, however due to us being a multi campus university you will be required to work across our Campus in Cheltenham and Gloucester. This is a hybrid role and there will be a requirement to be on campus at least 3 days a week depending on business needs.
At the University of Gloucestershire, our people are what makes the difference. Our vision as the People Team is to support and develop our employees to be their best throughout their time with us. As a university, we are on a journey to enhance development opportunities and embed a value-based culture to ensure our identity is lived and breathed through all our employees.
To drive this cultural change, we are now seeking a Talent Development Partner to join the team. Working with the Head of Talent Management and Senior Leaders from across the university, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a Talent Development Framework for all staff. This will include designing and delivering core development opportunities, alongside partnering with managers and leaders to create bespoke team sessions. You will be surrounded by a supportive team, who you will collaborate with and will help you to embed and move the framework forward.
There will also be an exciting opportunity to support the development and delivery of a Management and Leadership programme, alongside an increased focus on digital skills, creation of a coaching culture and transformational change.
If you are excited by the opportunity to develop and shape the future of our talent and engagement offering here at the university, then this is the role for you. You will have experience of working in a similar development or trainer role and will have the ability to scope out requirements and create engaging content for our teams, alongside bringing new and innovative approaches to our development offering.
There are some great benefits to working here too!
- 32 days annual leave plus bank holiday and Christmas closure days (which equates to 41 days in total)
- 15% pension
- Agile working
- Access to 100s of discount and offers via Viv up.
And much more!
