IT Services has a key role to play in maintaining the IT infrastructure and business systems of the University – supporting 54 academic departments, based in 300 buildings across a number of national and international sites. Sitting within IT Services, the Student Systems and Services Team is responsible for student data from the point of application through to graduation. The main student records system (Banner) stores and processes this data – and is integrated with a number of satellite systems which are also supported by the team. Reporting to the Student Systems and Services Manager, the Senior Programmer Analyst will play a key role in developing, maintaining and supporting relevant systems – as well as being main contact for provision of support to end-users.
You should have a Degree (or equivalent qualification(s) or relevant professional experience).
This is a full-time post, available on a 2-year fixed term contract.
