UCA is seeking an International Recruitment Officer to take operational ownership of our global agent network and support international recruitment efforts across key markets. This 12-month maternity cover post plays a vital role in ensuring compliance, building strong relationships with recruitment agents, and supporting our international student pipeline.
As the International Recruitment Officer, you will manage agent contracts and commission processes, ensuring all activity meets university policy and sector standards. You will also oversee our International Student Ambassador programme, helping to integrate current student voices into our recruitment and conversion activities.
This role requires a detail-focused mindset with strong organisational and relationship skills. You’ll contribute to the wider recruitment strategy by analysing market trends, improving operational processes, and ensuring accurate CRM data to support performance evaluation and insight.
Key responsibilities include managing agent partnerships, coordinating ambassador activity. You will work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions to deliver a joined-up approach to international recruitment.
