Are you looking for a new challenge or ready to take the next step on the career ladder? Can you identify new opportunities, deliver results, and meet targets? Can you work with people from different cultures and across different professional levels?
We are seeking a new member to join our team in the role of International Officer to support our high-performing Regional Office teams and act as a key liaison point between those teams and the broader University.
This role will be crucial in delivering our ambitious international student recruitment strategy. The role will be varied and interesting, working with a broad group of stakeholders and supporting all aspects of international recruitment for assigned regions and markets.
As International Officer, you will have extensive knowledge of the issues facing international recruitment to UK Higher Education Institutions. You will have a proven ability to build effective working relationships at all levels and to communicate across a wide range of internal and external audiences. You will be willing to undertake extensive international travel (approximately 12 weeks per year), including weekends and evenings. Additionally, you will be comfortable working with data and using it to make informed decisions.
We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
The salary for this post will be at Grade 6 (£31,916 - £38,592 per annum) and is subject to cost of living and incremental progression until the top of the grade is reached. It is expected that salary will be offered at the bottom of this grade.
