Senior Lecturer in Hair, Make Up & Business Management

We’re looking for a Senior Lecturer to lead and teach exciting new degree courses (Levels 4–6) in Hair, Makeup, and Business at University College Birmingham.

What you’ll do:

• Design and deliver innovative, industry-focused teaching.
• Help create real-world learning environments for students.
• Support students' growth, creativity, and career ambitions.
• Maintain strong links with industry.
• Contribute to the department’s growth and reputation.

What we’re looking for:

• A strong background in hair, makeup and prosthetics, plus business know-how.
• Experience teaching or leading creative education programmes.
• A passion for inclusive, inspiring, and future-focused teaching.
• A creative leader who can help shape an exciting new course.
