Cambridge Judge Business School is on the lookout for a bold, strategic thinker to join our Careers team as Employer Engagement - Finance and New Business Lead. This is your chance to be at the forefront of employer engagement in one of the world's leading business schools - building powerful partnerships, unlocking career opportunities for our students, and influencing how the next generation of talent connects with fast-moving industries.
In this role, you will lead our drive into competitive sectors like finance, fintech and emerging markets. You will spot trends before they peak, forge relationships with senior industry leaders and recruiters, and ensure our students are visible, prepared and positioned to thrive. From hosting impactful employer events to designing outreach based on real-time labor market insight, you will be the connector between student ambition and industry opportunity.
We are looking for someone who is energised by people and ideas. Someone who can confidently engage senior stakeholders, understands the shifting dynamics of finance and tech recruitment, and thrives on building relationships that deliver real value. A background in recruitment, business development or a related field would serve you well - but what matters most is a collaborative spirit, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.
At Cambridge Judge, you will join a fast-paced, collaborative team that values insight, integrity and impact. You will have the freedom to shape initiatives, the support to grow professionally, and the satisfaction of seeing your work make a visible difference - not only to our students, but to the School's standing in sectors where innovation is rewriting the rules.
