The University of Liverpool is seeking to appoint 1-2 motivated and enthusiastic postdocs to conduct research on making Generative AI (GenAI) more robust. You will enjoy a vibrant environment at Liverpool where, in the School of Computer Science and Informatics, we have an active group of PhD students, postdocs, and academics working at the intersection of Machine Learning, Verification and Validation, Statistics, and Symbolic Reasoning. The position includes collaboration with our partners not only in the UK but also in the European continent, so there will be travel to other European countries.
You should have obtained, or be about to obtain, a PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field.
If you are still awaiting your PhD to be awarded you will be appointed at Grade 6, spine point 30. Upon written confirmation that you have been awarded your PhD, your salary will be increased to Grade 7, spine point 31.
This post is full time and fixed term for 2.5 years.
