HR Administrator (Operations)

Come and join our busy HR Operations Team and gain experience within one of the leading UK universities. You will join the Hourly Paid Worker team which is part of the HR Operations team and be responsible for providing an efficient and effective Hourly Paid Worker and HR administration service. 

Your role primarily will focus on administering the process for hourly paid workers, updating the HR system ensuring appropriate information is provided to Payroll in a timely manner, and for administering staff references. 

Ideally you will: 

• Have a proven track record in administration, preferably gained within a fast-paced office environment and have an interest in HR administration; 
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive, professional manner and the ability to deal tactfully and confidently with people at all levels; 
• Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
