The opportunity
We are seeking a proactive Regulatory Policy and Compliance Officer to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to our dedicated compliance team at University of the Arts London (UAL).
As a key member of the Regulatory Policy and Compliance team, you will provide instrumental support that will help ensure the University's compliance with UK information legislation, supporting good governance and ethical decision-making across our academic and professional services.

About you
Educated to degree level (or equivalent), you will have excellent digital and IT skills, and will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Teams, SharePoint and Forms, as well as social media.
You will be an exceptional communicator, highly organised, and confident in building effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. A strong customer-focused approach to service delivery will also be essential to success in this role. Knowledge of UK information legislation (including the Data Protection Act 2018, Freedom of Information Act 2000) is desirable, but not essential.
