Programme and Project Oversight
Provide strategic oversight and assurance across all Estates Division programmes and projects within the portfolio
Utilisation and Strategic Intelligence
Use data and technology to generate insights into space usage, supporting more effective estate management.
Data Governance and Compliance Leadership
Ensure all estate records are accurate and up to date, integrating third-party works into core systems and maintaining statutory compliance.
