About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Programme Officer (Initial Teacher Training - ITT), working within the School of Education, Communication & Society at one of the most prestigious universities in the UK. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth delivery of our ITT programmes in ECS.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day administrative support for our ITT programmes and to act as a first point of contact for students, academic staff, and your direct reports. Working in a fast-paced environment your role will involve the organisation of school placements, maintaining accurate student data, and fostering effective communication among students, faculty, and other stakeholders to guarantee a seamless student experience from enrolment to graduation. Collaborating with colleagues, you'll play a key role in planning and coordinating activities, allowing you to expand your expertise in regulations and process improvement.
