About the role
The Faculty of Music seeks to appoint an Administrative Officer (Graduate Studies) to join the Academic Office within its busy administrative team. The post is offered on a full-time permanent basis, commencing as soon as possible.
This will be an interesting and varied role supporting the activities of the Faculty’s Academic Office, including the administration of graduate courses in the Faculty, and acting as the primary contact for graduate students.
About you
The postholder will work closely with the Academic Administrator and the Faculty’s academic officers. The responsibilities of this role include administration of graduate admissions, on-course and examination processes, provision of support for Faculty committees, and various other administrative duties. The role will involve liaising with students, academics and administrative staff, as well as the wider public, on a regular basis. The duties and skills required are described in further detail in the job description.
