The Senior Registry Officer is a key operational role within Academic Services, responsible for leading and coordinating complex Registry processes across the student lifecycle — from enrolment and progression to assessment, graduation, and records management.
The postholder must be an experienced Registry professional with a deep understanding of Higher Education administrative frameworks. They will work closely with the Deputy Head of Academic Services (Operations) to deliver robust operational services, improve systems and processes, and support and train colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
This role does not carry formal line management, it provides day-to-day supervisory oversight within the Registry team, offering functional guidance, acting as a subject matter expert, and serving as a key escalation point. Operational and overall team leadership remains with the Deputy Head.
