About this role
The Humanities Division is looking for a talented and collaborative Project Co-ordinator and Data Manager to join its Divisional office. This varied role provides an excellent opportunity to provide high quality project coordination and data management to support strategic activity in the new Stephen Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities, as well as supporting Humanities faculties in a number of strategic projects, including as they apply for and/or renew their Athena SWAN award.
This post is fixed term for 12 months.
About you
You will be confident with handling and presenting data in appropriate formats, with excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills. You will be capable of understanding complex staffing structures and processes, and have the ability to explain these clearly to others. You will also be action oriented, creative and driven, and expected to support project coordination needs in other parts of the Divisional Office as priorities emerge.
