About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a Programme Administrator to support the Blavatnik School of Government’s Executive Fellowships and Visitors programmes.
The Programme Administrator role offers an exciting opportunity to support the School’s mission by providing thoughtful, effective support to the Fellowships function, including helping to shape impactful visits for our senior Executive Fellows. This role would suit somebody who enjoys the ownership of projects, building warm relationships, and working on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You will lead on the administrative and logistical arrangements for our fellowship programmes and visitorship programme; and provide excellent customer service, from the initial contact in the admissions phase, through to support during pre-arrival and arrival of senior visitors, and delivery of the different elements of the fellowships programmes.
In addition, you will contribute to the delivery of executive programmes and other emerging initiatives. They will assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of both online and in-person programme activities.
About You
You will need excellent organisational and team working skills with a flexible can-do approach, self-motivation, resilience, and a willingness to adapt to the changing needs and priorities.
The Programme Administrator will be the first point of contact for senior members of the School. A keen interest in the work of the School, along with excellent interpersonal skills, including a welcoming and positive attitude, and the ability to act with tact and discretion are therefore essential.
Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, a strong organisational and numeracy skills, and a keen eye for details are also essential.
