The opportunity
University of the Arts London (UAL) is looking for a Student Systems Support Administrator to manage and support our core student records system (SITS). You'll help ensure a seamless student journey from application through to graduation, keeping our systems accurate, efficient, and aligned with university and external requirements.
You’ll be a key contact for teams across the University, providing advice and support on the use of student systems. Core responsibilities will include:

About you
We’re looking for someone with proven experience of using and supporting SITS, alongside a strong understanding of student records systems and processes within the Higher Education sector.
