About the role
This is a relationship management role at the heart of Advancement’s philanthropic scholarship and sponsorship activity. As Scholarships Relationships and Projects Officer, you will strengthen the acquisition of donor-funded scholarship support and lead on Advancement’s tracking, promotion, stewardship, and reporting of scholarships.
You will work collaboratively across the institution with key stakeholders including Registry, Scholarship Office, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and the Scholarships Committee to ensure that philanthropic and sponsored scholarships are inclusive and aligned with institutional goals.
You will also support Advancement’s stewardship of donors, organize engagement opportunities, and produce compelling impact reporting by maintaining visibility over funder relationships, award timelines, and allocation of donor funds.
This role will play a vital part in supporting the scholarship network by coordinating and facilitating events that foster meaningful connections among scholars. These gatherings will not only provide valuable networking opportunities for current recipients but also serve as a platform to showcase the impact of the programme, thereby strengthening relationships with existing donors and inspiring future philanthropic support.
