We are seeking a Research Culture Facilitator to advance an exciting and innovative programme of initiatives to accelerate improvements in research culture, across Medical Sciences. Working collaboratively through leading agile teams and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, you will be key to realising our ambitions to enhance research cultures that are supportive, inclusive, and equitable.
The University of Oxford’s research culture programme is united around three interconnected priorities: conducting research to the highest standards of rigour; recognising the different skills and roles that contribute to research; and supporting the career aspirations of our colleagues.
You will use creative problem-solving skills to develop and drive evidence-based actions; provide strategic operational leadership; catalyse collaborations and engagement; manage a complex project portfolio; and be a trusted advisor on research culture at all levels.
Working within the Research Strategy and Funding Team in the Medical Sciences Divisional Office, you’ll collaborate widely within the division and across the university. Our team is friendly, welcoming and supportive: a great place to develop while contributing to excellence in Oxford’s research environment.
