Team Leader – Coffee Shop/Café (Part time)

Your role as Team Leader
We are looking a talented, ambitious, and passionate Team Leader to join our Franchise Team at Costa Coffee which may be based at University Park or Jubilee Campus at the University of Nottingham.
As a member of our team, you will have a positive approach and be a colleague that the team look forward to working with and building strong relationships with others to accomplish tasks and shared goals. You will have an eye for detail and aim to deliver exceptional operational standards and service at all times.
Main responsibilities for the role are the operation, organisation and supervision of one of our Costa Coffee stores and ensuring high quality and consistent service is provided at all times. As a Team Leader you will lead by example, be inclusive, fair, and respectful, be resilient and able to adapt to change quickly.
Supervisory experience gained within a similar environment, excellent customer service skills, experience of stock control and proven planning, organisational and administration skills are essential for this role.

What’s in it for you
This is a permanent, part time position. Hours of work are 30 per week (5 shifts/6 hours each day mainly Monday to Friday to include occasional weekends) working between the hours 7.00am and 7.30pm, on a permanent contract over 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility working a range of shifts will be required.
