The Role
Coventry University Group’s Registry supports students throughout their academic journey—from enrolment to graduation—worldwide. As a dynamic global organisation, we’re committed to quality, excellence, and integrity. We're expanding our central administration team, which supports college and school-based registries. This role suits those starting out or advancing in higher education administration.
As a Registry Officer, you'll manage student records, assist staff and students, and provide expert guidance from enrolment through graduation. You'll also coordinate Assessment Boards, support Chairs and External Examiners, and help prepare formal assessments.
Structured training and hands-on experience will support your development, alongside colleagues at all levels. With diverse teams and functions—from enrolment to graduation—this role offers broad exposure to business administration within higher education.

This role will be based at our London Liverpool Street Campus (Coventry, University London, University House, 109 - 117 Middlesex Street, London, E1 7JF).
Our Successful Candidate
You will be educated to A-level or have equivalent qualifications and/or experience with good GCSEs in English and Maths at grade c or above.
You will experience of delivering excellent customer service and support and basic administrative/office skills including knowledge of using of the Microsoft Office suite.
You will need to value attention to detail and accuracy, be comfortable working with colleagues in a team and be able to follow a schedule of tasks and work to deadlines.
