About the Role
The Community Based Medical Education (CBME) administrator sits within the Institute of Health Sciences Education (IHSE). The purpose of the job is to provide administrative support for the CBME placements for Years 1 & 2. This role will also administrate the time-sheet contracts for our CBME tutors and the collection of Practice Service Level Agreements.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of working in Higher Education (HE) and a good understanding of the HE administrative cycle and related issues. You will have a proven track record of working collaboratively and building relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will have excellent communications and organisation skills and have an ability to prioritise your workload to meet multiple deadlines.
