Oxford Saïd is looking for a highly organised Programme Manager to take a leading role in the delivery of our world-class Executive MBA. This flagship programme attracts over 140 students annually from more than 30 countries, generating around £12m in tuition revenue and carrying a global reputation for excellence.
As Executive MBA Programme Manager, you will ensure that every aspect of the student journey – from induction through to graduation – meets the exceptionally high standards our students expect and deserve. This is a pivotal role in translating Oxford Saïd’s strategic vision into a seamless, high-quality service.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee project and event management for all Executive MBA modules, major events and overseas study weeks.
- Manage logistics for faculty members, guest speakers and group/individual coaching programmes.
- Act as a first point of contact for Executive MBA students, handling queries with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage budgets, procurement and financial reporting, ensuring value for money and efficiency.
- Support alumni engagement and build strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships.
You will have proven experience in managing programmes, projects or events within higher education or a professional setting. You will demonstrate outstanding customer service and professionalism, confidently engaging with senior executives from diverse cultural and industry backgrounds. Strong budget management, collaborative teamwork, innovative problem-solving and excellent IT and communication skills are essential.
