Lifelong Learning at LSE is entering an ambitious new chapter. As the School sharpens its focus on executive education and online non-degree programmes, this newly established division is central to LSE’s vision to lead in innovative, flexible and high-impact learning for professionals and global learners.
Lifelong Learning is a highly successful and commercially driven team which manages LSE’s programmes for executives and working professionals. As you will work on:
The programmes form an integral part of LSE’s mission, enabling the School to widen its impact by delivering worldclass research and teaching to a wide audience from the public and private sector. They also represent valuable revenue sources for the School, generating critical funds to invest in teaching and research activities. All our programmes operate in increasingly competitive markets, both in the UK and abroad.
The Admissions Assistant plays a key role in the recruitment of participants to these courses. They ensure applications are processed swiftly, efficiently, and that enquiries from enrolled and potential participants are managed in a professional and timely manner, using telephone and email to provide an exceptional level of customer service to a diverse and international audience of delegates and their sponsoring employers. They will effectively communicate the features and benefits of our programmes to participants, ensuring a good fit between chosen programme and desired learning outcomes.
The postholder will work closely with the Client Relations Managers to drive enrolments and to monitor enrolment numbers against key targets.
