This full-time position is available immediately on a permanent basis and offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time working on campus and some time from home.
Summary of the role/position
To lead in the delivery and support of the CRM products, and any other BTS products and integrations, to ensure a continual high-performance service for Professional Services and to help create efficiencies, automate processes and reduce manual interventions.
As a Senior CRM System Administrator, you will support the configuration and maintenance of existing and new CRM products to match the evolving needs of the business, support the improvement and efficiency of existing processes and investigate and resolve incidents as they arise.
This role will involve working with all areas of University and third parties to identify requirements and opportunities and lead in the configuration, testing, documentation and maintenance of CRM products and other BTS products whilst following change control processes.
About you
We are ideally looking for someone who has a good understanding of CRM in a large organisation along with recent experience of configuring and administering complex CRM systems, platforms and IT digital services in a commercial environment, demonstrating business acumen, balancing financial, quality, people and customer expectations.
You will also have extensive knowledge of configuring or administering CRM applications, including workflow, security, and admin related functionality and have the ability to prepare detailed reports and complex technical specifications and systems documentation, and help others understand the content, taking into account the level of knowledge of the recipient.
You will have strong communication skills demonstrating the ability to understand complex conceptual ideas and experience in conveying information to senior stakeholders. You will also have proven ability to interact across cross-functional and technical working teams and build ongoing relationships to ensure effective communications and exchange of information.
