  • Be responsible for returning attendance and registration confirmations to the SLC, whilst acting as a subject matter expert in this area, and actioning any associated change of circumstance tasks
  • Oversee the maintenance and updating of internal student record systems and external databases such as HEDD, SLC, and TfL, whilst ensuring data is accurate, identifying any poor-quality data and liaising with colleagues to rectify
  • Contributing to the review and planning of key processes within the team, including supporting the Student Records Manager with service enhancement projects where necessary

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience as a co-ordinator and line manager, ideally in a student records or student administration environment, who can lead and guide team members, and be able to work independently

  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to deal with a wide range of key stakeholders and customers
  • Excellent customer service skills, including sensitivity to the needs of your customers, resolving ad hoc queries to achieve resolutions and managing expectations
  • Excellent IT skills, including experience in manipulating data in spreadsheets and using databases to consistently retrieve and edit information
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach, with the ability to adapt to changing demands

What we can offer you

  • Hybrid working
  • The opportunity to continue your career at a world-leading institution and be part of our mission to use science for humanity.
  • Benefit from a sector-leading salary and remuneration package (including 41 days’ annual leave and generous pension schemes).
  • Access to a range of workplace benefits including a flexible working policy from day one, generous family leave packages, on-site leisure facilities and cycle-to-work scheme.
  • Be part of a diverse, inclusive and collaborative work culture with various staff networks and resources to support your personal and professional wellbeing.
