About the role
Are you an experienced co-ordinator with a passion for accuracy, customer service and making processes run smoothly?
We are looking for a Student Records Co-ordinator who will lead, organise and support the administrative work of our Student Records Administrators. Based in our Student Records team within Registry, you’ll be at the heart of our student-facing services. This key role is responsible for coordinating and supporting a range of routine administrative processes within the team, whilst ensuring high-quality data and the delivery of a responsive, customer-focused service for current students, alumni and external organisations such as the Student Loans Company (SLC).
