Job Description
The Library Experience team maintains a library environment that is conducive to study and learning and provides a friendly and approachable/ high quality service to students and visitors, creating a positive impression of the Library and Digital and Library Services, including providing first level support to students, visitors, university staff and others, escalating and triaging enquiries as needed.
As a Library Experience Assistant you will use your customer services experience and skills to support students with first line enquiries, assist with library circulation processes and queries, proactively manage student behaviour and ensure a friendly and welcoming environment and atmosphere that is conducive to learning. The role requires regular evening and weekend work on a rota basis.
