We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Team Administrator to join our Student Recruitment and Admissions Team, as part of the Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment directorate, at the University of Huddersfield.
This is a fast-paced and customer-focussed service, ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service and thrives in a dynamic environment.
As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional customer service, handling enquiries via telephone and email, and support the enquirer and applicant lifecycle, including processing admission decisions for UK undergraduate, postgraduate, and research courses. You will use a variety of systems including bespoke IT platforms and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams). This is a varied and interesting role where no two days are the same.
You will be an organised and experienced administration professional who can manage a varied and sometimes complex workload efficiently. A great team player, you will be able to build strong working relationships at all levels and be able to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With GCSEs at Grade C/Grade 4 or above, including Maths and English, you will have experience using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams) to support administrative and customer service functions.
If you are interested in this role, please review the recruitment pack information and use the online application form to explain how your knowledge, skills and experience meet the criteria for the role as listed in the Person Specification.
We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
