The Role

Kingston University is seeking a motivated and organised Student Recruitment Coordinator to join our Student Recruitment and Marketing team. This role supports the delivery of recruitment and conversion activities that engage and inspire prospective students.

You’ll help build relationships with schools and colleges, coordinate events, and manage CRM communications to support lead generation and applicant conversion. Working collaboratively across teams, you’ll contribute to Kingston’s strategic recruitment goals and ensure a positive experience for future students.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects. You’ll be confident engaging with a range of stakeholders and committed to delivering high-quality, student-focused experiences.

You’ll bring:

  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a customer-focused role, ideally in higher education or student recruitment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Confidence working with data and CRM systems.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and work occasional evenings/weekends.
  • A genuine interest in supporting prospective students and promoting fair access.

Directorate/Function

The Students Directorate aims to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for all current and future students to ensure they are “sought after” through supporting their participation, attainment, and success. This in turn will create a culture of high performance that is inclusive, innovative, ambitious and enterprising.

The Student Recruitment and Admissions team is responsible for attracting and enrolling students, managing the full admissions journey, and promoting the University through outreach, marketing, and events.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of £34,007 per annum.
