Chef de Partie (Quadram Institute)

Salary on appointment will be £24,685 per annum, with an annual increment up to £26,093 per annum.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced and reliable Chef in our 168-seater café/restaurant in the Quadram Institute (QI) building, Norwich Research Park.

Working with the Chef Manager, you will be required to prepare and serve food for café, events and hospitality. Included in your duties you will be managing stock, following standard recipes for each dish to ensure consistency, minimising waste and maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment which meets high standards.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about their career and able to work under their own initiative.

In this rare opportunity for our trade, you will typically work daytimes, Monday to Friday with no split shifts.

Appointment will be subject to a criminal record check at Basic level from the Disclosure and Barring Service.

This full-time position is available from 1 October 2025 on an indefinite basis.
